prepayment penalty.) These parcels are within a legal recorded
subdivision of plat. You have guaranteed physical and legal road
access and a physical survey of the land, owner financing, and
NO qualification to own.

You may choose to
finance the land thru your own lender and are encouraged to do so.
Lenders typically require 20% down and will carry the balance. Also,
