Charlie's background encompasses more than 20 years in computer networking, LAN/WAN installation, home/small business PC support and troubleshooting.  He has held numerous positions in industry for both large and small clients—including Worldwide Help Desk Manager for several major corporations. 

Charlie and his team have established a network of professionals with diverse backgrounds who can provide additional services such as software development, graphics, and color management consulting.
