We all know there's an abundance of wonderful animals out there waiting and looking for a new home, just like you! A Little About Me and My Philosophy...
I have been a North San Diego County resident for 10 years, living in Oceanside the entire time. Before going into real estate, I was a secretary in several real estate related businesses. I also represented myself in many of my own home buying and selling transactions. This first-hand experience has taught me what kind of agent I do and do not want to be!
My philosophy for running a business is the same for living life... follow the Golden Rule. As your agent, you can expect to be treated the same way I would want to be treated - with honesty and integrity. I have personally walked many times in the shoes of the buyer and seller, and I understand what it's like to be disappointed in your agent. I have learned the importance of a very simple concept: COMMUNICATION! That includes being a good listener and looking out for your best interests.

* I WILL NOT be out of reach by passing you off to a support team under me... I AM your support team!
* I WILL NOT disappear after your listing or offer is made, only to magically re-appear again at closing to collect my check.
