Customers include Shell Offshore, Shell Chemical, AT&T, Monsanto, Dupont, Dow and Junior Achievement.  Gail has developed and taught in the areas of Leadership and Management for the University of New Orleans, Tulane, Auburn, Johns Hopkins, and Georgetown Universities. She has provided management and team development for the Executive Office of the President,1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and facilitates community-industry panels in the River Region of Louisiana

Ms. Kelley has helped widely diverse customers tap the power and creativity of the honest workplace™ in their respective organizations.  Through employee involvement, customer focus and accountable communications, Gail's customers have achieved large, measurable improvements in their bottom line, in quality and in job satisfaction.  Providing customers with performance based learning programs is her specialty. 

Prior to founding St. Charles Consulting in Montgomery, AL Ms. Kelley was Deputy Branch Chief of the Support Branch of the Air Force Comptroller's Operating Appropriations Division, located in the Pentagon.  She was responsible for a multi-billion dollar program/budget that included Intelligence & Communication, Central Supply & Maintenance, and Training & Administration. 

Ms. Kelley is active in many civic and industry-related organizations:  the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Women Business Owners, The American Society of Military Comptrollers, and American Society for Training & Development.  She has held leadership roles in these organizations and is a national speaker and trainer for many of them.  Gail is also on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of SE Louisiana and Junior Achievement of New Orleans. She serves as a senior consultant for the Center for Non-profit Resources (UnitedWay). Gail is past chair of the River Parishes Council of the New Orleans Regional Chamber and of Junior Achievement of St. Charles Parish. 

Gail lives in Luling, LA with her husband, an F-16 pilot-turned teacher, a red Dobie named Schatzi and a Tabby named Clyde.  She is an inline skater, avid reader, and a Trekkie.
