Our replacement guarantee is for ninety days with all candidates being offered exclusively to your company’s needs for thirty days.

Contingency Search
A Contingency Search works best when the placement is not urgent, but a particular profile is in constant need. Our replacement guarantee will be thirty days. We do not offer exclusivity of candidates with this option.
