We live in Arizona, enjoying a lifestyle mixture of indoor and and outdoor activities. Harland has retired from his more formal employment as a scientist with Motorola. He is actively pursuing his scientific interests by private consulting and various activities with the American Vacuum Society. Rose Ann continues her interest in history with genealogy, and western emigrant trails mapping. Outdoor activities include hiking, back-road exploration, and horseback riding. A lot of our indoor activities involve studying old documents, be they about emigrants or old scientists.
