The mission is to increase players’ level of performance thru attitude, skills, speed, strength and endurance training.Schedule:Monday, Wednesday & Friday at Bridge to Fitness – 3:30pm to 4:30pmSaturday morning at the Navy Base gym - 8am to 9:30amPlease note times may change.PROGRAM DETAILSStrength & Conditioning—Monday/Wednesday/Friday (3:30-4:30)Individually designed one hour power-packed training sessions will give athletes the needed physical and mental edge to get to the next level. These programs are designed and monitored for the individual athlete to allow him or her to get to the next level. It is not a competition between each other.All programs are overseen by NSCA certified strength and condition specialists for maximum safety and optimal performance.Quantifiable results are measured with pre and post testing using the EPIC system ensures maximum individual success. Each athlete will be measured on the first day and last day of the program to quantify the physical development of the individual.Read More about EPIC testing here~~Lacrosse Stick Skills and Technique-Saturday (8-9:30)Measured by accuracy, shot speed, timing and technique lacrosse skills will be broken down in the following format.· Foundations and Fundamentals· Comfort and Instinct.· Habit & Game SituationsIf needed a second class will take place the same days in the evening—6:30—7:30.WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS NOT As a father of three boys, age 5, 7 and 14, I fully appreciate the concern of safety and fitness fundamentals. I am against encouraging my kids to just go lift weights. This program is limited to 15 kids per session so that certified trainers are working with athletes to properly learn how their bodies work, how to move muscles systematically to become faster and stronger on the lacrosse field. KIDS WILL NOT BE PUT IN FRONT OF WEIGHTS AND TOLD TO LIFT AS MUCH AS THEY CAN.AS ALWAYS FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE AND ALWAYS CALL WITH QUESTIONS.
