An Outstanding Service
Award from IEEE ConSoc was awarded to the newly elected SPCE
Chair, Dr. Tomohiko Taniguchi, for hiscontinuous and outstanding
contributions to the technical activities of the Communications
Society, especially in the area of SPCE and for establishing
the Signal Processing Symposium in ICC/Globecom.
