To apply for my Genealogy Heritage Award please fill out the simple form below. I will review all sites nominated and select one or more per month to be featured. All winners will be featured on my page for the month they are selected and beyond that, listed here as a previous award winner. I will let the winner(s) know as soon as possible if their site meets the criteria I have established.
CRITERIA
1. The site MUST be genealogy oriented.
2. The site CANNOT have any inappropriate links, including, but not
limited to, pornographic material (I will decide what is inappropriate)
3. Site must be have been updated within the past month of nomination.
4. A link back to my site MUST be included with the graphic.
