·          *First WW Meeting   **Stats are for bust, waist, & hips only...measurements taken every other Sunday. My beginning stats were: Waist: 50.75”, Bust: 48”, Hips: 60.75”. My current stats are: Waist: 33.5”, Bust: 36.5”, Hips: 40”.

·          Note: I’ve been asked about not eating in my points range early in my journey. No, I did not eat in my range. After my illness, it took me a long time to get used to eating more food again. My doctor was aware of my caloric intake and had no problems with it as long as my blood work came out fine, which did. It is not recommended to lose weight at such a fast pace. It’s very hard on a body, plus the excess skin may not shrink back when the weight is lost faster. Aim for 1-2 lbs per week lost for good health.
