I lost 200 pounds without surgery or pills. I went from being totally sedentary and unable to walk more than 10 feet without becoming winded to being able to ride a bike 130 miles in one day. These are things that I thought were impossible until I developed and adopted my No Excuses! Mentality. Being slim and healthy again is a great joy, one that I want everyone who is overweight to experience, and this is why I share my experiences candidly in my seminars. It all begins with you. The No Excuses! Weight Loss Motivation Seminars are available for groups of individuals, or in corporate settings. Seminars can be tailored for your group. Session choices include 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes or more. Seminars for groups of individuals average 2 hours, but other session lengths are available.
