Innovations was awarded a patent pertaining to the pumping of fluid by natural or mechanical motion.  This invention requires little force to pump most liquids.  It has the ability to absorb the energy that it is subject to.  Upward/downward, inward/outward, sideways and tortional movement in any direction or combination of forces will be absorbed and create a pumping action.  It can be used for converting energy of waves or tides into energy for other uses.  It can also be introduced into harshest of ocean environments.
