This
device is intended for recovering floating materials.
It can be a debris field from an aircraft, or a ship wreck,
or any floating liquid that it is necessary to
confine. This apparatus will work in almost any size;
from a small area that needs to be confined to an area as
large as one square mile. The device may be deployed
by an airplane, helicopter or watercraft. As the
consolidation process is in motion, the most bottom area of
this device could be long enough to anchor and thus
stabilize the situation. The uppermost part would
create a secure area in which the recovery of the
consolidated material would be collected.
