Ministerial Associates of Toronto, Ontario married James R. Gasser and Gregory A. Ramsey on September 4th in a civil ceremony officiated by Barry L. Brooks, followed by a celebration dinner at the Canoe Restaurant on the 54th floor of the TD building overlooking Toronto.

Mr. Gasser, a graduate of Stetson University, Deland, FL, is employed by the National Park Service.  His parents are D. Ruth Gasser of Leesburg, FL and the late Harold Gasser.  Mr. Ramsey, employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is a graduate of Framingham State College, Framingham, MA.  His parents are the late Irene and Boyd Ramsey, formerly of Rutland, MA.

Messrs. Gasser and Ramsey also celebrated their 25th anniversary together on September 4th.  They are both active parishioners of All Souls Memorial Episcopal Church.
