Interior GLOBE worked with the Office for Equal Opportunity to develop procedures for processing complaints of discrimination based on sexual orientation. These guidelines were published in a Departmental Manual release on December 1, 1998. The Departmental Manual reference is 373 DM 7 - Procedures for Processing Complaints of Discrimination Based on Sexual Orientation.
