The membership holds a lunchtime meeting once a month in the Main Interior Building (MIB) to discuss issues and ideas that will improve the workplace for all employees in the Department. We also meet socially outside the office several times a year. GLOBE has worked to increase our membership outside the Washington, D.C. area by reaching out to gay, lesbian and bisexual employees and their friends and supportive co-workers around the country, encouraging the formation of affiliate GLOBE chapters.
