This page is to list all the modifications made to my 91 Convertible Shadow ES. 

Car has been to the dyno several times. After getting the clutch replaced.  Running in TI format with 13lbs of boost, it laid down 160whp and 232 Ft lbs of torque.  A few months later with the TIII turbo, still in TI format, 180whp and 240ft lbs of torque was put to the rollers.  This was pretty much the limit for a TI setup.

A week later, I added my TII radiator setup with 15lbs of boost.  I didn't go to the dyno, but ran 14.8@95mph.  After some custom calibration work, I was able to get down to 14.3@99lbs with 15lbs of boost.  Since that I've added a 3bar map cal and super60 injectors.  Now my boost spikes to 24lbs, then settles to 20lbs.  No dyno numbers or quarter mile times yet.

    Stock 2.5TI

    Warmed over swirl port head

     Ported Exhaust Manifold

    TI intake manifold tapped for more vacuum parts/charge temp sensor

    TI intake manifold ported to future 52mm TB

    88 TBI cam

    Adjustable cam gear

    Rebuilt Garrett T3 turbo with quick spool option

    TII radiator/intercooler setup

    1st gen DSM BOV

    New motor mounts/semi solid rear mount

    Full 2.5in turbo back exhaust

    Underdrive pulley

    Balance shafts removed

    A/C removed   

Engine Management:

    JonnyB 3bar map custom calibration

    HKS EVC EZ boost controller

    Boost upwards to 22lbs

    MSD 3Bar MAP

    TII charge temp sensor

    Super60 injectors (52lbs)   

Transmission:

    92 A568 rebuilt with quaife LSD

    lightened flywheel

    TIII clutch kit

    MP Neon short shifter

    CNNP shifter bushings

Suspension:

    Eibach Shadow springs

    Koni single adjustable dampers

    Spirit R/T solid swaybar rear axle

    Mopar cam bolts

    240SX modified front strut tower bar.

Interior:

    90 Shadow ES front seats and door panels

    92 Leather steering wheel/shift knob out of Daytona IROC

    All steering column grey pieces replaced with black pieces

    Steering column gauge pod from 1st gen Dodge Ram

    Dual gauge A-Pillar mount

    Autometer Oil pressure, 30/30 Boost gauge, 1600 EGT and Air/Fuel

    Power door locks and side mirrors added

    Chrysler New Yorker auto dimming rearview mirror

Wheels:

     One set of my Kosei K1s painted satin black/cleared

     90s Lebaron GTC white 16in lace wheels for winter

     Second set of Kosei K1s with road racing rubber mounted

Brakes:

      60mm calipers painted black

      24mm Master Cylinder

      EBC Green Stuff pads

      EBC Slotted & dimpled black Rotors

Parts in waiting:

     Rear disc conversion

     92 IROC swaybar to match rear bar

     Mopar Control Arm bushings

      Front mount intercooler

      New paint
