CUT TO:
INT. SPADE’S APARTMENT- MORNING- A WEEK LATER
Spade is in his BED. His BLANKETS are covering the lower half of his back side as he has sex with LANA MOORE.
LANA
Oh, yes, baby, right there.
SPADE
You’re the best lay I’ve ever had, Lana. You make me feel like Superman.
(They laugh.)
LANA
Oooo, baby, fly me to Metropolis.
(She laughs and then kisses him deeply before she ducks under the covers.)
INT. SPADE’S APARTMENT- A LITTLE LATER THAT MORNING
Lana is out of bed. She is just putting her shirt back on over her BRA. Spade is wearing khaki PANTS and is going through his closet to find a shirt.
LANA
How’s your friend Mark doing?

INT. MARK’S APARTMENT
Mark is sitting on his bed in a daze. His best friend, Spade Williams paces the room.
MARK
I should have done something more. Been quicker, stronger.
SPADE
None of that would have done any good.
MARK
Then I should have never tried to help that Ryan guy. Sally warned me not to risk our lives and now look...
(Spade shakes his head.)
SPADE
This wasn’t your fault, man.
MARK
But if I had never gotten involved, she would still be alive.
CROSS CUT TO:
INT. RYAN’S HOUSE- LIVING ROOM
RYAN
If I had run the other way, then Mark’s girlfriend never would have... it should have been me.
(Steve deeply SIGHS.)
STEVE
You have got stop talking like that.
RYAN
Why? What do you care? You don’t care about me.
STEVE
Of course I do. Just not the way you want.
RYAN
You don’t even know whether you’re straight or gay. I’ve learned to give up on you a long time ago I don’t have a flashlight strong enough to catch a glimpse of you deep in that walk in closet of yours.
STEVE
Stop that Ryan! I know your hurting, but don’t bring me into this.
CROSS CUT TO:
INT. MARK’S APARTMENT
SPADE
Well, that might be true, but getting involved is your nature...
MARK
I knew it!
(Spade walks over to him and smacks him on the shoulder.)
SPADE
I know this is bad, buddy, but we’ll get through this. I’m your best friend, so if there is anything at all that I can do to help...
CROSS CUT TO:
INT. RYAN’S HOUSE- LIVING ROOM
Steve gently places his hand on Ryan’s shoulder.
RYAN
Steve, I know you still care.
STEVE
I?ll always be there. Best friends forever, right?
RYAN
I may need you to be more than just my friend.
STEVE
We make better friends, trust me.
CROSS CUT TO:
INT. MARK’S APARTMENT
(Mark stands from the bed.)
MARK
There just might be something you can do.
SPADE
Name it.
MARK
Go back to where the attack occurred and see if you can find out more information. If they left her body, call me and I’ll help you carry her.
SPADE
What will finding the body do for you?
MARK
It’s for my own evidence. I can’t call the police.
SPADE
Then maybe you should go alone.
MARK
Are you crazy? I can’t show my face there. I just want you to stroll by there casually and tell me what you see.
SPADE
I didn’t expect you to hit me up on my offer to help so quickly.
(Mark shrugs his shoulders.)

As CREDITS ROLL, we scan the beautiful camp site with its grassy hollows, elegant evergreen trees reaching toward the heavens, and its lake whose clear water shimmers from the reflection of the afternoon sun. Our tour ends with the outer view of one particular CABIN. The background music decrescendos, blending with the sound of love.
INT. CABIN- CONTINUED
The SOUNDS we hear are from SPADE WILLIAMS as he receives a blow job from RYAN FRYE. Spade is very athletic and extremely attractive. He is the quintessential football jock with the toned, sinewy body that encompasses that image. He basically dwarfs Ryan with his huge build. Ryan is only a sophomore in college, but his avian frame makes him appear much younger.
SPADE
Not a word of this to anyone, Ryan or you’re... If anyone at school has even an inkling that I enjoyed this, I’ll rip your body in two, understood? I’m only doing this because its been a long time since I’ve had a girl to you know... take care of me.
RYAN
Don’t worry, your secret is safe with me. Just enjoy the moment, Spade.
(Spade closes his eyes and leans back on his chair.)
INT. SATURN- CONTINUOUS
CINDY SANDERS, Spade’s girlfriend, parks the car.
CINDY
Thanks for the tour, guys. This vacation site is more alluring than I ever could have imagined.
GUIDO
Not a problem, babe. We always take care of our friends... right Bruce?
BRUCE
(sly smile)
Ya... and their beautiful girlfriends, huh Guido.
(They LAUGH a little too hard at Bruce’s joke, making Cindy nervous.)
CINDY
I’m gonna go check on Spade and Ryan. Those lazy bums are probably bored to tears by now.
BRUCE
I’m sure the sight of you will bring a special spark to jock boy’s eye.
Cindy smiles in a “that’s sweet of you to say kind of way”. She hops out of the car and rushes towards the cabin. BRUCE and his brother GUIDO, get out of the car nonchalantly. They are Italian and are a few years older than Spade, Ryan, and Cindy. Although smaller in stature, they are more tough appearing than even Spade himself. Their coal colored eyes have an icy edge to them.
EXT. CABIN- CONTINUOUS
We follow Crystal as she opens the door and steps inside the cabin.
INT. CABIN- CONTINUOUS
She freezes suddenly. She hears something and her innocent smile fades. She listens more intensely and hears Spade GRUNTING with pleasure. She opens the door to see...
Spade quickly pulling up his JEANS and Ryan falls backward off of him. Cindy is speechless. Her face registers total shock for a quick moment before she unleashes a chilling SCREAM that would make the sound of fingernails scraped across the chalkboard a pleasant melody in comparison. She rushes out of the cabin. Spade follows her.
EXT. CABIN- CONTINUOUS
Spade chases Cindy as they ZOOM past the confused brothers. Guido and Bruce continue to head toward the cabin as we follow Spade’s pursuit of Cindy. Spade catches her and forcefully turns her around from a distance. We can’t hear what is said, but we see Spade pleading and Cindy angrily throwing her hands in the air.
INT. CABIN- MAIN AREA- CONTINUOUS
Bruce and Guido close the cabin door just as Ryan leaves Spade’s room. They all stare at each other for a moment. Ryan, realizing he’s been caught, just smiles.
RYAN
So, whose next?
