The GTD Renault was Krum's second car. Here he says how it felt on the Bulgarian roads:

It's a good car with traditionally soft French suspension, which delivers a smooth ride and a high level of comfort.
The is car quite roomy inside and it's a pleasure to travel long distances with it.
The big (for European standards) diesel engine is a little noisy but the fuel economy is great for a car of this class. The engine gives you only 71 hp, but it has big torque at low RPM which enables you to be faster than many cars with gasoline engines with more HP.
I've driven my Renault with 180 km/h.
