During her time here at Spider Technologies, it was my pleasure to work with Judy Morgon. Judy created and managed our technical writing team. She established style guides and conventions that serve as a foundation for all of our documents. She worked with developers, QA, users and other managers to create our full documentation suite including installation manuals, user guides, and API reference manuals among others.
Judy created and maintained the full documentation plan. The schedules she created met our tight product marketing plans. Judy was able to adjust quickly and keep a level head as the product plans changed throughout the development cycle.
As a department head, Judy participated in management meetings and general business discussions where she made valuable contributions. She interacted with all levels of management, development and QA staff and was very well liked by all.
Unfortunately, do to business factors that were out of her control we were forced to release our entire technical writing staff. Given the opportunity, I would definitely work with Judy again.
