Subject: Letter of Recommendation for Judy Morgon

I worked with Judy Morgon for nearly two years while at Spider Technologies. The Technical Writing and Quality Assurance departments worked closely together during that time to help produce a quality product, with user friendly and accurate documentation. Judy started the Technical Writing depart by completing a documentation plan, a list of all documents needed, timelines for projects, resources needed, writing the job descriptions for the people she needed, hiring her team, and providing them with the resource they needed to complete their assigned tasks. She always had an accurate schedule for her team, and when deadlines were shortened, she and her staff made sure that the documentation was completed to professional quality by that date. The completed documentation for the product is clear-cut, easily used and comprehensive.

Judy is an innovative and exceptional person to work with. If at any time she did not have the tools needed to complete an assignment, she found something that would work. She has excellent computer skills, and would not hesitate to share any new ideas or software that she thought would help the company to advance. In addition, she was always willing to work with other departments, and contributed significantly to Spider’s sister company, Etinuum.

I have enjoyed working with Judy at Spider Technologies, and would unhesitatingly work with her again, if the opportunity should arise. I highly recommend her as an employee and a Manager.
