This is HeidelbergerStrasse.  The area across the street is where the military
gas station used to be.

Not a billboard.  This is a passing streetcar.   Can you see the windows?  The
passengers inside can see out.  The Germans have nicknamed this streetcar the
"Geisterbahn" (Ghost car")
