How do I become a dealer?

To be a Windswept Fine Art dealer you must be a retailer, designer, or decorator.  If you are a art dealer and would like additional information email customer service or call   800 846 3751 and order your free 2001 Windswept Fine Art catalog.  There is no formal application process, minimum orders, or other hoops to jump through.  When you are ready to order simply call 800 846 3751 and a friendly customer service specialist will be happy to take your order.

How quick will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by the next business day or in the unlikely event your shipment will be delayed we will call you with an estimated ship date.

How is my order shipped?

Unless you tell us otherwise your order will be shipped UPS ground.  If you are located in Florida this means you will usually receive your order within two business days.  Smaller prints, with an image size 12x16 or less, are shipped in a flat carton. All the larger prints on paper are shipped rolled in a minimum of 6" diameter tube and giclees on canvas are shipped rolled in a 3" tube.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

Not to worry, just call Windswept Fine Art at 800 846 3751 and your order will be reshipped at no additional cost to you and we will settle up with the UPS on your behalf.

Is it OK to order prints if I know I might be returning them?

No problem, you are encouraged to order prints that you or your customer may be interested in. Once you get the prints you can decide if they are exactly what you want. Only Keep the prints you are totally delighted with and and return the rest within 30 days to receive a full credit.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

For orders $200 or more Windswept Fine Art picks up the tab for shipping and handling for UPS ground.  If you prefer to have you order shipped next day then actual shipping cost are added to you order.  For orders less than $200 a $7.50 shipping and handling charge will be added to your invoice.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by check within 30 days of invoice date or pay by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.   If you prefer we can ship your order COD.
