"Beach Treasures" by Phil Capen, reproduced from an original
13 1/2" x 29" watercolor on paper, was inspired by spending
countless days combing the beaches of the Abaconian Cays for
"treasure". It's composition is different from any
previous published Capen masterpiece with the exception of Seagrape
Study. It is also the first Capen original watercolor to be
published on canvas. Son of artist, publisher, and industry
trendsetter Jim Capen says, "Call me crazy but if you can publish a
canvas original as paper prints there ain't no reason you can't publish
a paper original as a canvas print." His grammar may be
questionable but although his gutsy move may ruffle a few feathers and
raise a few eyebrows, his logic is impeccable. Got a question?
