Welcome to our web-site where you will find information on the Windflower pattern first manufactured by the Dugan Glass Company and continued by the Diamond Glass-Ware Company. We are carnival glass collectors with a special interest in researching the different colors of carnival glass manufactured by the Dugan/Diamond Glass-Ware Company from 1904-1931. Over forty different shapes and colors of the Windflower pattern now make up this collection.

We have links below to two or our Photo-Galleries featuring examples of the Windflower pattern that are not commonly found. In some cases only a few have reported and in other cases, they are the only examples known to us.

According to our research there was only one glass mould used by the two companies to make plates and bowls.  Since  there appears to be no reproductions of this pattern by later glass manufacturers, it has been assumed that the glass mould was destroyed in the 1931 fire that destroyed most of the glass manufacturing facilities.

Since this pattern was only manufactured by these companies and since non-iridized examples of the Windflower pattern are difficult to find, we have included a Photo-Gallery of Non-Iridized Windflower. The second Photo-Gallery includes examples of Unusual Windflower that are rarely found.
