Hello my name is Jay Massey and I live and work in Las Vegas, Nevada.  I work for one of the largest Photography Companies here in Vegas, although my warehouse and driver jobs have very little to do with the Photo end of things it has allowed me the opportunity to dabble in this new fangled thing called the internet.

The company I work for does about everything that can be done with Photography, from selling the products in retail stores we operate in several of the large resort properties to wedding and special event photography as well as processing labs.  All this exposure has enabled me to play with some technology that otherwise, I would probably never see.

My computer system is assembled from parts that the company was tossing out for replacement with newer and faster stuff.  Although from my perspective, it can't get much faster or I just won't see it.

I am a former United States Marine from the Vietnam era, 3rd Marines, Recon.  I got to spend some time there, not a very nice place, lots of little people all trying to off each other and anyone else who got in the way of things.  After completing my hitch, 4 years, I found myself, at the ripe old age of 20, turned loose on an unsuspecting world.  I spent some time on the back of a Harley Davidson getting to know the country I thought I would never see again. 

After settling down back home for a while my wanderlust got the better of me and it was off to the great West.  I wound up here in Vegas and never looked back.  That was about 30 years ago and I have grown to appreciate all the things that this wonderful city has to offer, not only as a tourist destination but as a place to live and grow.  I really like the idea of living in a place where with the toss of a coin, so to speak, your entire life can change in a big way.
