Confessions of a Giggling Drama Queen...

Batten down the hatches!!!!!!!!!! Our bags are packed, pictures in boxes, have food together and water! We are going to a friends home since we have a above the ground wooden house. SOme of my family are going to a hotel in town for the same reason, but the hotel doesn't allow pets, so...We can not go with my family! But I am glad we will be kinda close to them since my Daddy and my brother-in-law are not here. Brother-in-law should be home sometime late tonight.
We had to go get our camper and secure everything. We filled our fresh water take just in case we need water. I just wish our camper was self contained, for when we loose the lights! NO A/C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My niece is a EMT in New Orleans, she has to stay put! She called this morning to tell everyone she loved them. I pray she is ok through this! I do not like that she has to stay but I understand too. I love you Ash!
Well I need to get this finished up around here, I will keep ya posted, might even call a post in to hear the wind!!! Good luck to the ones in the path and please keep us in your prayers!

   Some FREAK IMed my on Yahoo! yesterday with "You are beautiful". I thought "thanks for the compliment". I relied with "my hubby thinks so too" and "who is this". I tell ya who it is a FREAK!    My desk top is on the way!!!!!!!!!! YEEHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so ready to have my own back, that way Lovie and I can get on at the same time!!!! This sharing bit is for the birds!!! I do not like to share! Just a few more days!!!
   Our recliners came in yesterday morning. I had a brain fart on the colors!!! ~*giggle*~ Lovie's is brown and mine is beige. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! I took me an two hour nap in mine this morning!
   Something is wrong with me! I drink coffee in the morning and it is like a sleeping pill for me! That is the reason I took a two hour nap this morning! I have not check my sugar lately, but I am praying I am not diabetic!!! My Mommas mother was and on shots and my Daddy is on meds!! That is two sides with it! Aghhhhhh! Say a prayer for me!

   The heat index is 107!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, will this heat ever end!?!?!?! I am still praying to the weather God for cooler temps! Please, Please, Please! I am ready to decorate for fall and Halloween! But first there is MY BIRTHDAY!!!!! Yahoo!!!!! Happy birthday to me...Happy birthday to me... Oh sorry ~*giggle*~
   Lovie and I went to pick out recliners today! His is leather and mine is durapella, both the same color of beige. I am ready to relax in my new chair!!!!!!
   We also went by Curves for Women, all I wanted was the price! The girl told me I am not suppose to discuss that with you........ WHY!?!?!?!?!? SHe FINALLY told me it was $149 to regeister, but if I signed up today the price would be $75. THen $31.76 a month. The monthly charge I can live with, but the $75, NO WAY!!!! Just for them to hand write all my info into a notebook!?!?!? NOT! Not worth it o me, I have a treadmill and do yoga here at home for free!!! It was worth the thought I guess.
   We had to go to Wal Mart to get meds also, it was HOT as always in there. I could not get my clothes off fast enough when we got back home! Lovie is in the pool taking a cool swim.

   I can not believe I am admitting this, but I like to watch the soap Passions! I have not watched a soap in years!!! One of Lovie's costumers was watching it when he went in, and he told me about it, well the next day I started watching and now I am HOOKED!!!!! I love the wacky quirkiness of it.
   We had a great wkend, went shopping and to linch with Momma and Tink. We had a ball, but it was HOT! That is way we decided to spend the day in town, trying to beat the heat! We found some great deals!
   Lovie ordered my new computer today!!!! YAHOO! It is for my birthday! The laptop will be going into the shop soon! Lovie just walked in, have a great rest of your day!

   I have completed all my house work for the day!!!! Yeeh Me!!!! I have my last load of clothes in the wash, I have just a few to iron, which can wait till tomorrow. What will I do all day!?!?!?!
   My laptop in not feeling well It tries to boot up, but it can not for some reason! Poor thing needs to go to the hospital for a bit! I will miss my lil friend! I am stuck at Lovie's desk for now! I had to reset most of my program and thingies, I have EVERYTHING on my laptop! Booo hoooo hoooo........Please say a lil prayer for my dear friend!
   We had a good wkend at the campground. The kid were with Momma, they had a fun time with us! Friday night we went into the next town to eat at Ground Patti, VERRA yummy indeed! Saturday Momma and I took Taylor and Mikayla to Dollar General to let them spend their Uncle Cooter money. Taylor had a ball spending his money, he had a variety of things! Mikayla got a Elmo umbrella to shade her from the sun, TOO CUTE! And other goodies too!
   Saturday night we went to eat in town, we all saved room for dessert, while we were waiting on it Taylor told us " I am gonna get bored just sitting here ya know" !!!!! Lil stinker he ordered dessert also, but" WE" were making him wait! Us girls and Taylor went to CVS to get some girly items, I think we looked at every makeup item they had!!!! Taylor bought an remote control whoopie cushion, we were ROLLING laughing!!!!!
   Sunday we cooked hamburger (well the boys cooked) on the grill. Our friends came over to eat with us. After filling our tummies we all decided to pack up and head home! Good wkend!
   I had BB6 on yesterday while playing a game, they were FIGHTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cussing each other, calling names, BAD FIGHT! Howie was the worst on, he was SOOO ANGRY! I will be GLUED infront of the TV tonight! I am lost at what will be happening too, since my laptop is sick!
   Look at what my Lovie fixed for me last night! OMG was this YUM-MY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gonna run for now, have a giggly day!

   Calgon take me AWAY................ I am so ready to go to the campground, just to get away for a few days will do me some good! I think I want to stay home next wkend! I REALLY want to go see The Dukes of Hazard and The Skeleton Key!!!! Maybe Lovie and I can have two dates next wkend!!???
   I temps are starting to lower just a bit!!! The high today is only 95!!!!!! I know that sound crazy, but it is alot better than 100!!!! I am ready to feel and smell the crispness in the air, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE fall. I guess I better get off my tuckcuss and get our stuff packed! Have a great wkend, I am sure I will be posting sometime this wkend!

   Well...a week since I been here hmmmm....not much has been going on, just same ole same ole, house work ect... I will be ironing all day tomorrow! YUCK! I thought we would get to go to the campground tomorrow but it will be Friday! Hope your week has been goign better than mine! Have a giggly rest of it!

   Yesterday and today I keep thinking it is fall...wishful thinking huh?!?!? I am SOOOOOOO ready for cooler weather, I am ready to go outside and not SWEAT! YUCK! Come of Fall !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
   I got up this morning drank a cup of coffee and could not hold my eyes open! So I went back to bed! This is the second morning I have done this! I had to sleep more!
   My nephew starts school next Monday!!! It seems like he just got out! He has been out for 8 weeks total, that is not much of a summer! he is not ready to go back which is not like him, he likes school, Have a great school year "Lolly"!
   I packed...well repacked for the campground, we are leaving out tomorrow afternoon. Lovie wants to work that area Friday. I will have me a relaxing lounging day!! ~*giggle*~

   Lovie and I woke early today for a change! I did not want to get up but I did! ~*giggle*~ I had planed on walking on the treadmill at 9am, but I had the pleasure of a sinus drip this morning! UGH! It hurts to swallow! I updated Hidden Oaks and wrote the newspaper, then updated my page! Now I will take the rest of the day to get the laundry washed and rest!
   We had a good wkend, we ended up not going to the campground which I was glad with the way I was feeling yuckie and fever blisters, I really did not need to be outdoors in the heat! I am on doctors orders to rest and for Lovie to massage my neck every night! ~*giggle*~ I do think my DR. is on my side, don't you!?!?!?!
   We went with brother-in-law and sister to Past Times downtown for pizza Friday night. Then Saturday night it was family night with the whole fam at Lone Star. I had a chocolate martini that was verra yummy! I do believe each place makes them differnent, I have not had two of the same chocolate martinis so far!!! Of course I got giggly and ate to many appetizers and could not eat all my meal... But the company was wonderful and the food was yummy, what I ate of it! ~*giggle*~
   Sunday we took it easy, I felt horrible! I should have know something was coming when I broke out with two fever blisters!!! I look like a colligen injection gone really bad!!!! Ouchie! I took a shower and stayed in my jammies!
   Lovie is doing a demo day with a new employee, a friend of ours brother-in-law, I hope he like the job! Well I am goign to put some laundry on and eat some icecream. maybe it will help my throat... ~*giggle*~ good excuse huh!?!?!?! Have a giggly day!
