Tin Bird Whistle
This beautifully lithographed tin bird whistle is from the 1930's. It is marked "Made in Japan" along the body next to the right wing and has a silver finish underneath. There is a piece of cork or wood inside the whistle to create a warbling sound when the whistle is blown. Other whistles in this series include a banjo and a zeppelin.
