Cracker Jack Blincode

Blincode - Front

This Blincode ("blink-code") Cracker Jack prize is made of paper and unfolds to reveal four panels, one with a silvery metallic strip. Instructions inside explain that the white perforated sections of the prize are to be removed. Then the dark blue section above becomes a tab that is inserted into a slot when the prize is refolded, and the Blincode is now a signaling device. The person operating it exposes the shiny mirror-like material to light by pushing down on the top to send Morse code dots and dashes.

Blincode - Back

A Morse Code alphabet chart is presented on the back of the prize as a reference for sending messages and for decoding those received.

Can you decode this brief message?
