These Cracker Jack decals from the American Decalcomania Company were ordered in late November 1949. This series of prizes is comprised of 18 nursery room or baby crib style characters. The paper backing is 1 3/8 inches by 7/8 inch; there are two decals per sheet.

The printing on the back in light blue includes the prize number, Z-1138, and the Cracker Jack Company identification, as well as instructions: DIP IN WATER FOR FEW MOMENTS THEN SLIDE OFF DESIGN FACE UP ONTO DESIRED SURFACE. All of this information is repeated for each of the two decals, so that it is available even if they are cut apart.
