Mandolin Whistle

This tin lithographed whistle in the shape of a mandolin is a Cracker Jack prize from around 1930. It is finely detailed, down to the frets along the neck, the wood graining of the body, and the floral decoration. The whistle is about 2 5/8" x 1 1/8" and is marked "Made in Japan." The whistle was supplied by Takahashi & Co.
