Hi Susan,
Thank you for helping us with Roxy, in just one session you have managed
to give
us the tools that we needed to be able to work with her on the issues
that we had.
You have no idea how well everything is working out and what a
wonderful, smart
and loving dog she has turned out to be.
Thank you so much.
Sue Parker is a
godsend not only for shelter dogs, but also for dog owners. She cares deeply
about dogs and their welfare. She has worked diligently with shelter animals
to make them adoptable and find them loving homes giving of her time and
talent above and beyond the call of duty. She has a natural way with dogs
and is a wonderful communicator of these skills to others. Sue has proven
time and again that there are "no bad dogs" only untrained dogs. Thank you
Sue for all your work!

I've had the
pleasure of working with Sue for the past 5 years. Sue has been a
volunteer with West Warwick Volunteer Services for Animal for 3
years. I've had the opportunity to work with Sue through many of her
training idea's seeing them through to becoming creative training
techniques. Sue never stops amazing me! I've seen her turn a dog
that was said to be unadoptable to a dog everyone would want to own.
She has a wonderful gift of being able to take a dog and see their
behavior and come up with a whole program to turn that dog around.
She has truly been an asset to Volunteer Services for Animals. I
would and I do recommend Sue to anyone looking for a real canine
trainer. West Warwick VSA Coordinator

I have known sue for about 8 months and she is one of the most dedicated and companionate animal trainers I have ever met. I have personally watched her turn so called inadaptable animals into loving family pets. she really knows her stuff and has been a life saver to the animals at the west Warwick dog pound. thank you so much sue for all your help ..

| "Sue has an amazing way with dogs. It has been just over two months since I began my new job as an ACO for the Town of West Warwick and even less time from when I was introduced to Sue. But in the small amount of time that I’ve known her, I have come to realize that she is very important to us at the West Warwick Dog Pound and the many other shelters she visits on a regular basis. It’s almost like she has a sixth-sense when it comes to working with dogs. Without her, so many would not be where they are today, in loving and caring homes." Amanda F. "Sue Parker was the most personable and
professional dog trainer I have ever met. She clearly demonstrated the
techniques we needed to assimilate our pit bull into our, until then, dog
less family. She helped us understand dog training in general and the
uniqueness of pit bulls. She was very generous with her time and energy and
made our dog adoption a very pleasant experience."

"We met Sue when we adopted our puppy Riley out of Warwick. He came with 2 free training lessons which is how we were introduced. Her support does not end after the physical training lesson. She has been available for questions, and has provided us with helpful information and training techniques via email. She proved to be very dedicated in her mission to keep animals out of the shelter and get them a second chance at life.
Sue herself is energetic, her patience and even disposition is incredible. Always happy to help. Her family as a whole is supportive of her efforts. Sue and her family have fostered animals in their own home and would not think twice about seeking medical attention for the animal even if meant coming out of their own pocket.
I would recommend Sue in a heart beat. It is not only her animal skills, people skills are important also and she makes the lessons fun for all. When working with my dog I find I do refer back to the techniques she taught me. (hey did she train me or my dog)? Boy is she good."
