Jeff Mac as well as another Jeff. We were going to roll with them but that fell through. JMAC was rocking the crazy fro it was sweet.	This is memorial park. There was a boxing/fighting ring going on. It was insanely weirdsurreal. Well as you will see it gets even more surreal but it was odd as crap.

Jeff is happily bored yay well that will change	Cops hit hard. We were at Rockbrook after I guess we were supposed to be there. First we saw the chopper lights, and there was the crew of junior kids who were sketchy as opposed to us. So we didnt want to be associated with them. unfortunately we didnt leave in time. you can see the chopper light in the upper left corner, as wella s the cop car and maybe a cop.

Wrap-up: We have a court date September 19th which sucks. But we will deal with it. As usual when I get into any situation, or by usual, rather I mean as of lately, I want to learn about what I'm doing. I plan on researching a lot about my options and seeing what ways I can get out of it and what not. We were cited for violating tresspassing. The white honda accord pre-1992 actually got out, through the arms of the cop, like the cop was right there they just left. if you know who they are, please tell because im sure it might help our cause somehow or something. as you may well know the cops have never actually cited people before but rather shooed them out. this is not unlike the old-people-shoplifting episode in seinfeld, where they need someone to spearhead, and unfortunately we are the guinea-pigs in this cruel cruel crimebust. word to the wise stay away from public parks.
but i would like to say: why us? why is this fair? how can they do this? clearly it is marked. but were we causing a ruckus? no of course not. we were swinging. other than playing with dolls i dont know of anything more innocent. while we could go to court, and accept whatever options they give us to clear this off our record *which they should do, I hope*, we also could use whatever powers we have to show that they are in fact wrong in this course. being as people before have not been given such stringent punishment, could they not have eased into it with warnings? this is an improvement being as before it was only just vocal shooing away. I need not drag other friends into it, but I remember a teepeeing incident, perhaps less innocent than swinging, in which the partakers walked away with less punishment than we did. is swinging a crime? or I should rephrase is swinging after 11 a crime? if you agree, by all means, I applaud you. if you dont, you are just as confused as I. I will try and create an update on this, and I intend to record all aspects of the court case as well as whatever proceedings and preceedings occur. what a ride...
