The WARM WUDI IV Accommodation page

This is the hotel information for Chadwick, MO area.

For Chadwick, there are many choices. Stewart Hall lives in Branson and there are many, many places to eat and stay there as well as Kmart, Wal-Mart, outlet malls, etc, etc. Branson is about a 25 mile, 45 minute drive from Chadwick.

Kenny's court is no longer available!!
This information is from Jim Cook about Kenny's court. Thanks Jim!

Kenny's Court is no longer available, Rockaway Inn, about one block closer to the lake, is available.

I called Kenny's Court, and got a surprise. Kenny's Court sold to the government. They plan on renting the units by the month. Their toll free number was purchased by the owner of the Rockaway Inn, Charles Riggs.

Mr. Riggs offered us a special per room rate, (including roll-a-way beds, if needed). for participants of the Wudi IV ride. He said that he had 2 cabins available, as well as 8 motel rooms, with 3 of the 8 rooms being 'kitchenettes". One of the cabins has a lake view.

I'm going to stay here for the sleeping parts of the weekend. I'll probably be at the campground and on the trails the rest of the time.

A lot of information and photos are available at the web site. Taken from http://www.rockawayinn.com/

This place is not a "luxury hotel", just simple cabins and motel rooms, set up for inexpensive family vacations in a lake town, near Branson, MO.

Tell them that "Jim Cook" sent me. I'm coming to the motorcycle ride up at Chadwick."

The two other times I've ridden at Chadwick, I've stayed at the Branson Motor Court (417) 334-3420. It's close to Stewart's house, gas stations, car washes, a grocery store as well as being clean and reasonably priced. No phones in the rooms, though. The only drawback here is that the parking lot is not overly large and it wouldn't take many trailers to fill it up.

The other option for lodging near Chadwick is in the town of Ozark, Missouri. This would be a bit closer to the riding area but near a much smaller town. Gas is close by but I'm not sure about grocery stores. There is a Super 8 (417) 581-8800 and Days Inn (417) 581-5800 that I know of. I would not recommend the Ozark Motel in Ozark, Missouri, BTW.

You can camp right at the Chadwick riding area, if you'd like. I think they have water now and maybe even some campsights with water. They've expanded the campground and have a lot of sites with electricty now. I'll be camping there but not in the campground proper. We usually park near the pavilion and setup shop there. The only town near by is Chadwick and it's not big! I'll ask Stewart to give us more details about the changes to Chadwick for this year.
