Gloomy weather over rugged country.

I snapped this pic as I flew over the top of the Fish Lake strip.  It's a fairly tough one-way strip with approach and departure
over the lake.  I flew in several years ago and I'd say it's at the upper limit of my Cherokee's performance capabilities.
There's a sign at the end of the runway stating that at least 5 airplanes have ended up in the lake over the years.

This is an aerial view of one of the finest motorcycle rides in the the country.  Before I started flying, I used to ride my
motorcycle up here, following US 12 from Montana to Washington. As you can see, the curves just go on and on.  
There is very little traffic, since most of the highway is bordered by National Forest and wilderness areas.
