N4BQ is my '68 Cherokee 180. I've owned her since '94 and we've traveled all over the country. The longest trip (so far) was from Phoenix, AZ to the Arctic Ocean off of the North Coast of Alaska in the summer of '99.
During my 21 month hiatus from employment in '01 and '02 I logged almost 400 hrs. just flying around the country. I also made two trips to the Rec.aviation* Fly-in at Pinckneyville, IL.
In the spring of '07, the last major upgrade left was completed. N4BQ received a long overdue interior refurbishment.
For '07, I'm planning on two trips to the backcountry. One in late July and the other in late August.
Planning is just beginning for a possible return trip to Alaska in '08. I'm currently looking at the month of July '08.
