  • 6:30 pm - 6:55 pm newcomer orientation and meditation instruction
  • 7:00 pm - 7:25 pm sitting meditation (zazen)
  • 7:25 pm - 7:35 pm walking meditation (kinhin)
  • 7:35 pm - 8:00 pm sitting meditation (zazen)
  • 8:00 pm - 8:15 pm short chanting service
  • 8:15 pm - 9:00 pm study and discussion (dharma talk)
