Q.  Traffic is manageable now.  Will it change much as a result of the Opportunities Study?

A.  Yes.  We will see more than 72,000 additional car trips throughout the city.  Also, according to the City of Irvine, Bake Parkway will carry 10% of Great Park traffic too!

Q.  Where will the Community Park be located?

A.  That doesn't appear to be decided yet.  The Opportunities Study shows the Community Park at the Nakase Nursery property (however the landowner is not participating in the Opportunities Study).  Other possible locations include the gravel pit and Site 1 located off Bake Parkway.

Q.  How many new students will be generated?

A.  1,954 (according to the City).
