A Campaign Sign for Jill Reichle, Candidate for Member of the City Council, City of Lake Forest, may be placed on my property at the locations or addresses shown below.

As the owner of the above-specified property, I understand Lake Forest Municipal Code Section 9.164.090, authorizes one temporary wall or stake Campaign Sign during an election, on private property only; one sign per street frontage per candidate or proponent / opponent of a ballot measure; the maximum area of a sign is ten (10) square feet; a wall sign's maximum height is four (4) feet; the sign must be removed from my property not later than five (5) days after the election.

If the sign on my property is located within 100 feet of a polling place, I am required by California Election Code EC 18730 to remove the sign prior to the day of the election.  (Any person who violates any provisions of this code is guilty of a misdemeanor).
