The Ebook Literacy Project has been developed to finance the creation of educational and creative ebooks for children in low-income areas. As an instructor of English Composition, I want my students to receive texts so these children can learn to read and write sooner. I have taught online for several years, and I know that students who learn online advance quicker than those students inside conventional classroom settings, and this project will help to see to it that students receive textbooks and ebook readers to utilize technology to its maximum advantage.
