The Project Management - to assist in defining the project scope, estimates, budget and schedule; to develop a project plan to cover design, development, testing, implementation, training, staffing, conversion, installation and ongoing operation maintenance, enhancement and change management; to manage the project implementation.

Process Review - to review the set of project management processes and procedures; to include the project life cycle standards and deliverables, the work breakdown structure for each development environment supported, project estimating guidelines and history database, schedule presentation and project status reporting.
