The Peer Consulting Group practice includes the facilitation of planning studies, including business and IT strategic plans and programs; technology assessment and selection; project management and process review; organizational review and development; and a CIO mentoring program. We facilitate CIO Peer Group Round Tables in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Southern California. We also assist with and make presentations to Boards of Directors and executive management on technology concepts and their implications.
