	Horoscopes 114 pages - Drama What's your sign? A mosaic of inter-connected tales that deal with the signs of the Zodiac, from Aries to Pisces. The various stories feature an array of characters -- ranging from a husband who suspects infidelity from his wife, a newspaper writer with revenge on his mind, a bank executive who gets amnesia and a struggling actor who goes to Hollywood. The stories are tied together by radio personality Dr. Baxter Clone who hosts a highly rated astrology show which is heard from coast to coast.		In the Land of Burnt Out Fires 103 pages - Western/Historical The story of Captain Jack and the Modoc War. Inspired by the true events of the Modoc War of 1873 along the California/Oregon border. A band of Modoc Indians escaped the reservation given to them by the U.S. government and survived for six months with only a hundred plus poorly armed warriors against the U.S. cavalry. This is the story of their leader Keintpoos, known to the whites as Captain Jack. The Modocs fled to a lava bed formed by an extinct volcano and lived and fought there until the bitter end. Although this was a short war, it was certainly memorable for those who fought in it.

The secret she reveals ignites a chain of events that soon spiral out of control. Before the night ends, not everyone will leave their house alive.
