Occupational Therapist Christian Vinceneux, and Yoga Teacher JoAnn Edwards lead this active and physical workshop.  We’ll study how movement affects the mind, body, and brain chemistry.  Understand which postures energize or calm you, and gain greater control over your mood through movement.

Workshops are a great way to take our spiritual and physical practice to the next level.  They allow us to study specific areas of the body in more detail, and gain greater understanding of certain asanas (yoga postures).  Send an email to joann@wholebodyyoga.com if you'd like to be on our notification list.  Once the details are finalized, we'll contact you regarding registration, or need more information.
