Client Interaction and Costs Every aspect of our consulting is focused on our clients cost, schedule, quality, and functional goals. We can tailor every aspect of our work to meet or exceed the expectations of our client's unique requirements and priorities. Our work references the relative risk to the client to achieve a balance in cost, schedule, and quality. We specialize in working with small and medium-sized companies who have limited budgets and resources and need the assistance and expertise of a consulting group, but cannot afford the costs of the major consulting firms. We offer flexible contract terms that allows for the client to take advantage of our many services and areas of expertise. For smaller projects, we offer fixed priced contracts while retaining much of the benefits of time-and-material contracts. With fixed price contracts we set-up agreed upon milestones, deliverables and payment criteria as well as the scope and requirements of the project. We can also offer traditional time and material contracts, innovative and unique retainer fees, revenue sharing, or a combination of all the previously listed contract formats. This will give our clients and customers the most flexibility for payment of services and work products.
