Meditation and yoga go together; ideally your yoga practice is a moving meditation. There are fantastic seated meditation practices to explore; just sitting and watching the breath is a great place to start. Meditation techniques are diverse, such as the tibetan humming practice and various breathworks.




Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what hold you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom.
