Private lessons

Private lessons give me the ability to work at your pace and with attention to your individual needs. Do you want to learn the basics of yoga? Meditation? Breathwork? Do you want a strong physical workout? Do you want to work on some advanced asanas? Are you healing from an injury and need specific stretching?

Your house: $65 an hour

My house: $40 an hour (Gilbert.....Greenfield/Baseline area)

** $5 private class discount for Val Vista Lakes residents. **

Small Group Classes

Students split the private class fee.
