Lodging tax: 11.5% (applies to periods of 28 days or less)
Minimum rental fee: $600
Heated Pool is additional $40 per day. 
Cleaning fee: $95.00

Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

Security Deposit required. $300 security deposit ($500 with dog)

Cleaning Fee required for anything less than 1 month rental.

Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers and Pay Pal are
all accepted

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a time slot. Because this is a private residence all cancellations less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of initial deposit unless another renter can be scheduled for that period at the

NOTE:
This home is extremely quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are all very good and very quiet. Because the building is in the vicinity of the airport, the entire house has been retro-fitted with special windows and insulation which means it is sound- proofed. Air traffic at the Palm Springs airport is relatively small, but I do wish to disclose that the occasional aircraft will pass over while you're lounging by the pool. Normally they land in our direction which is much less of an issue than taking off.
