We, Julie and Martin, are both stained glass enthusiasts who got excited
about producing jewelry
as a result of the fused glass pendants that we produced in our home
kiln as a hobby.
We started attending gem and jewelry shows, took jewelry making classes,
and here we are today with our own business and website.
We have expanded from stained glass, to beads, to wire wrapping,
and enjoy it all immensely!
We welcome feedback and special orders - Give us an idea and we will
make it for you!
OUR POLICIES
We want all customers to be as happy with their purchase
as the joy it gave us to produce the item.
PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal and credit cards thru PayPal which handles Visa,
Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We also accept Money Orders made out to M.J. Enterprises.
Please make sure your shipping address is the one PayPal gives us.
Please make sure you follow the link to PayPal to complete your
transaction.
SHIPPING:
We ship USPS, 1st class with delivery confirmation.
If you wish to insure your package please contact us and we will let you
know the additional shipping costs.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, or damages after
they have left our care, so please consider insurance.
Our packaging is very secure; we pad the jewelry inside bubble wrap and
place in a box for shipping.
If you need expedited shipping contact us and we will provide a quote.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
We want you to be In Love with your jewelry if not please contact us
immediately upon receipt.
We will accept returns within 10 days . Your full purchase price will be
refunded less shipping.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
We are not allowed to accept returns on earrings due to sanitary
reasons.
Marty and I have never had any jewelry returned to us, so we
hope you will be another one of our many thrilled and delighted
customers.
