Blasted Chicken
(Very easy and juicy)



1 whole chicken 3 1/2 lbs. is best
Seasoning of your choice
Tbs. olive oil

Remove giblets from inside chicken and throw away.
Rinse and pat dry chicken.
Rub on oil and sprinkle with seasonings inside and out.

Put chicken in a baking pan and place in a 450 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit on counter for 15 minutes.

If the chicken is larger than 3 1/2 pounds add 10 or 15 minutes to cooking time.

**Suggested seasonings, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Also nice is a cajun seasoning or even a barbecue seasoning.
